Walking and Leaping and Praising God - Jesus, Be More Real Than How I Feel
Psalm 113:3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord's name is to be praised.
Psalm145:2 Every day I will bless You; and I will praise Your name for ever and ever.
Psalm 34:1-4 I will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak his praises.2 I will boast only in the Lord; let all who are helpless take heart. 3 Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness; let us exalt his name together.
Father God, praise seems empty when I am not well, but You are the same loving God in good and bad. I bring a sacrifice of praise today. I praise You Jesus that You are my healer. Help me look to You and not to how I feel. Thank you for giving me strength to get some chores done today, and helping me also to rest. Thank You for my son and daughter who are there to help and encourage me.
I pray for all who read this blog, as well as myself, who need encouragement and a healing touch today. Let praise come from our innermost being no matter how we feel. In Jesus name. Amen.
Thank You for this promise in Malachi 4:2
Jehovah Rapha, the Lord who heals physical and emotional needs, let us all, who feel weak and achy with whatever is not right in our bodies today, go leaping, and jumping, and praising God as the man at the temple Peter took by the hand did.
And please heal those who are emotionally wounded from their past and set them free to go walking and leaping and praising You, Oh Lord most holy who is and was and is to come. You are the God of all time, past, present and future!
Acts 3:6-8 But Peter said, "Silver or gold I do not have, but what I have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!" He sprang to his feet and began to walk. Then he went with them into the temple courts, walking and leaping and praising God.
Hallelujah! Thank You God for being real in Your precious Word. Continue to be more real than how I feel.
